Within our team we have a steel fixing crew and a plumbing crew and we also work alongside two tiling crews, as well as excavators and concreters.

Having serviced a number of designer and boutique swimming pool companies for several years, we understand the importance of a high quality steel frame.  The head of our steel fixing has over 25 years experience and is a dedicated member of True Blue Pools.

A vital section of swimming pool construction is setting up the plumbing and filtration correctly.  Our plumbing crew has an in depth understanding of hydraulics with extensive experience both overseas and in Australia.

As for myself, Andrew Frisch,  I have been working in the swimming pool industry for 20 years.  At the start I worked as a swimming pool steel fixer and plumber.  I have always worked hard to better myself and over many years I’ve gained an extensive knowledge and understanding of the construction of swimming pools.

For a number of years now I have been working in a Project Management role alongside several builders (residential and swimming pools).  This particular role allowed me to manage and solve issues that many builders are unable to.
